That’s Pickle Me Pete’s challenge (and general experience) for his fiery hot “Ridiculously Spicy” pickle. Made with a secret blend of hot peppers generously mixed in with traditional pickling spices, the Ridiculously Hot pickles more than live up to their name – sensitive palettes, beware.
As for the rest of founder Pete Starr’s tantalizing homemade pickles, consider yourself warned – one will not be enough. Try any of Pete’s other not so flaming varieties, including his classic Kosher dill or the ultra-crunchy “half-sour” pickles (“confused cucumbers,” according to Pete) and you’ll be hooked. Fortunately, becoming a pickle addict is not such a terrible thing and Pete makes it easy to satiate your habit with freshly packed quarts, as well as home or office pickle delivery.
So if you are pregnant, already a pickle connoisseur or just looking for a unique snack, head to Pickle Me Pete’s shop, survey his old-fashioned, giant wooden buckets, and pick out a good one…or two…or three…
